- Grass over 12 inches high
- Debris and animal waste creating a nuisance
- Limbs and brush on the ground
- Trash, appliances, carpet and other garbage
- Vehicles that are inoperable and have an expired/missing tag
- Vehicles parked on city streets for more than seven days without being moved
