Connections 2025 Comprehensive Plan:

    $15 color, $10 black & white (+ sales tax of 6.75%)

Unified Development Ordinance: $20 (+ sales tax of 6.75% and $7.50 shipping and handling)

Larger than 18" x 24" ~ $20 (+ sales tax of 6.75%)
Special Projects and Custom Labor Rate: $45 per hour (+ sales tax of 6.75%)

Exempt Plat: No fee
Final Plat: $140
Landscape Plan: No fee
Minor Revisions: $260; plus $40 per lot, $20 per 1,000 sq. ft., or $25 per dwelling space applied to any increase.
Non-Residential Plan; $400; plus $20 per 1,000 sq. ft.
Preliminary Multifamily (including Townhome and Condo) plan: $400; plus $25 per dwelling space
Preliminary Subdivision Plan: $260; plus $40 per lot
Subdivision Declaration: $75
Tree/Land Disturbance Permit: No fee
Watershed Plan: No fee
