  • Titles will be put in the name of the winning bidder and mailed by certified mail to the purchaser.
  • This is a five percent buyer's premium sale, cash, cashier's check, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover are accepted.
  • All personal and company checks must be payable to Wayne Evans Auction Co., Inc. and must be accompanied by a current, original bank letter of guarantee.
  • There are no warranties on any items, either expressed or implied. It is the bidder's responsibility to inspect any and all items prior to bidding.
  • Winning bidders must pay for their item(s) in full on the day of the auction, regardless of when the item will be picked up.
  • Everything is sold "as is, where is," with no guarantees of any kind, regardless of statement of condition made from the auction block.
  • Every effort is made to guard merchandise throughout the auction; however, the bidder becomes solely responsible for all items purchased immediately following the winning bid. The winning bidder is advised to guard his or her items.
  • The bidder is responsible for knowing which items are being bid on. If unsure, the bidder should ask or not bid. Winning bidders have, in effect, a contract and will be expected to pay for items they bid on. The auctioneer will not honor "mistakes" in bidding.
  • The auctioneer reserves the right to accept bids in any increment he feels is in the best interest of the seller. The auctioneer reserves the right to reject the bidding of any person whose conduct, actions, or adverse comments are not in the best interest of the seller.
  • All announcements made on auction day supersede any previous written or oral statements.
  • All items bought must be removed by 4 pm on the sale day or, with approval, between 8 am to 1 pm the following Monday after the sale.
