New Podcast Studio Opens at the Greensboro Cultural Center Downtown
PressPlay, a community podcast studio, has opened in the Greensboro Cultural Center.
“We are pleased to partner with the City of Greensboro to offer a place for anyone to freely create and share stories, opinions, and information with minimal cost,” said Brody Cohen-Glaze, PressPlay owner, “Press Play will build community awareness for Greensboro's innovators, makers, entrepreneurs, non-profits, public administrators, and artists.”
Individuals and groups can use the studio to record podcast episodes, interview live or remote guests, and capture video during the podcast. PressPlay also provides complimentary mentorship through individual consultations and will host monthly workshops.
“The Greensboro Parks and Recreation’s City Arts and Events section is proud to host a new resource for the community at the Greensboro Cultural Center. We are excited to explore a new medium for outreach and connection to those interested in the creative culture of Greensboro,” said Josh Sherrick, City Arts and Events Superintendent. “It’s a great addition to the museums, theaters and other creative and artistic groups that call the Greensboro Cultural Center home.”
