2009 Affordable Housing Development Request For Proposals (RFP)

GREENSBORO, NC -- (September 8, 2009) -- The City of Greensboro and Guilford County are jointly requesting proposals for the development or rehabilitation of affordable housing units in accordance with federal HOME Investments Partnership Program guidelines. RFP documents can be downloaded here.
