Area 1

Area 1 is west of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on all sides. This area lies at 8814 West Market Street and contains one industrial use. The total area consists of approximately 8.4 acres and has no population.

Area 2

Area 2 is west of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its eastern side. This area lies along West Market Street, Triad Drive, Interstate 40, and South Bunker Hill Road and contains industrial, commercial, institutional, governmental and residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 566.6 acres and has an estimated population of 205 persons. 

Area 3

Area 3 is southwest of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its northern, eastern and western sides. This area lies along Mackay Road and contains industrial, residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 48.1 acres and has an estimated population of 415 persons.

Area 4

Area 4 is south of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its northern and eastern sides. This area lies along South Holden Road and contains commercial and residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 94 acres and has an estimated population of 9 persons. 

Area 5

Area 5 is south of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its western, northern, eastern and portions of its southern sides. This area lies along US Highway 220, Rehobeth Church Road, Glendale Court, Valley Oak Drive, and Banner Oak Court and contains residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 113.7 acres and has an estimated population of 532 persons.

Area 6

Area 6 is south of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on all sides. This area lies at 3302 Randleman Road and contains one commercial use. The total area consists of approximately 0.4 acres and has no population.

Area 7

Area 7 is south of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its northern, eastern, southern and a portion of its western sides. This area lies along Shoffner Court and Southbrook Drive and contains industrial, institutional and residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 50.8 acres and has an estimated population of 20 persons.

Area 8

Area 8 is southeast of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its western, northern, and a portion of its eastern sides. This area lies along Pleasant Garden Road, Riverdale Road, East Montcastle Drive and Diamond Hill Court and contains industrial, commercial and residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 75.8 acres and has an estimated population of 68 persons.

Area 9

Area 9 is east of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its western side. This area lies along Mount Hope Church Road, Millstream Road, Interstate 85/40, Covered Wagon Road and Knox Road and contains industrial, commercial, institutional, governmental and residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 209.4 acres and has an estimated population of 59 persons.

Area 10

Area 10 is northeast of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on all sides. This area lies west of Carriage Woods Drive and contains one residential use. The total area consists of approximately 1.4 acres and has an estimated population of 2 persons.

Area 11

Area 10 is north of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on all sides. This area lies along Kenneth Road and contains residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 10.6 acres and has an estimated population of 5 persons.

Area 12

Area 12 is northwest of the main body of the City of Greensboro and adjoins the city limits on its  eastern side and portions of its northern and southern sides. This area lies along Pleasant Ridge Road, Old Oak Ridge Road, Joseph M. Bryan Boulevard, Fleming Road, Lewiston Road, Horse Pen Creek Road, Battleground Avenue, Owls Roost Road, and Jessup Grove Road and contains commercial, institutional, governmental and residential uses. The total area consists of approximately 3,319.7 acres and has an estimated population of 8,829 persons.
