Rental Facilities The City has a number of rental facilities available. • The Bryan Enrichment Center, 22,000 square feet, is a popular site for weddings, receptions, and other events. SCAT – Specialized Community Area Transportation The Greensboro Transit Authority operates the para-transit service, Specialized Community Area Transportation (SCAT), for persons with disabilities who are traveling within the City limits. For more information, call 333-6589.
Senior Citizens The Parks & Recreation Department offers a variety of activities and programs for citizens, age 55 years and older. Many year-round activities are held at Smith Senior Center, 2401 Fairview Street. For more information, call 375-2237.

Sight Obstructions Sight obstructions are shrubs, signs, and tree limbs that make it difficult for drivers to see oncoming or turning traffic. To report a sight obstruction, call 373-CITY (2489).
