Redistricting Plan B
City Council member Mary Rakestraw, District 4, has recommended a plan that would redistrict the current City Council district lines. Her proposal shows a population balance of 7 percent and impacts 11 precincts by converting the boundaries of 10 full precincts and one partial precinct (G31, G48, G51, G56, G68, G69, G70, G71, G72, G74 and JEF2.6).
