 Centralina Clean Fuels Coalition: An increasing number of fleets and individuals in NC purchase and rely on alternative fuels. This site provides an interactive online map with GIS capabilities and layers combined with web-based accessibility to show locations and information about current alternative fuel retail stations.
Energy Star: provides tips on how to outfit buildings with Energy Star endorsed products, as well as tips on using applicances in an energy-efficient manner (low energy computer screensavers, the best light bulbs to use under various conditions, etc.)
Healthy Homes Greensboro: With a planning grant from the Weaver Foundation, public and community partners have set the goal of reducing unsafe housing by at least 50% by December 2008 and created action teams to implement each step. We are getting closer to this goal, thanks to incredible collaboration.
