Building Maintenance Manager
The Building Maintenance Division provides mechanical, structural, and custodial services to City facilities, including fire stations, libraries, recreation centers, Parks and Recreation regional parks and pools, Service Center complex, Natural Science Center, police district facilities, miscellaneous office facilities, and 264 other structures, such as picnic shelters, restrooms in City parks, ballpark concession stands, parking decks, and storage buildings.
