 Frederick Ridge Central City Services Manager
The Central City Services Division was formed in 1994 to provide maintenance for all City-owned buildings in the central business district. This division is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and security of more than 500,000 square feet of mixed retail, cultural, and office space, including Melvin Municipal Office Building, Central Library, Greensboro Historical Museum, Greensboro Cultural Center, GTA Transit Facility, Dorothy Bardolph Health and Human Services Building, and J.
