Central City Services
The Central City Services Division was formed in 1994 to provide maintenance for all City-owned buildings in the central business district.

This division is responsible for the maintenance, repair and security of more than 500,000 square feet of mixed retail, cultural and office space, including:
  • Melvin Municipal Office Building
  • Central Library
  • Greensboro Historical Museum
  • Greensboro Cultural Center
  • GTA Transit Facility
  • Dorothy Bardolph Health and Human Services Building
  • Multi-Modal Transportation Center located at the old Depot train station
