Facilities Management
Facilities Management provides project management and oversight for the design, contract management, and construction of any City facility.
This division manages all new constructions of City facilities, such as libraries, fire and police stations, and any City facility renovation projects. The Space Management operation is responsible for all office space moves and prepares interior design plans, coordinates furniture orders, and oversees their installation. Facilities Management also provides signage service for all City facilities to ensure that interior and exterior signage follow specific requirements and are consistent in style and color.
