The City of Greensboro is implementing Energy Conservation Measures (ECMs) within most municipal buildings. These ECMs include the installation of high-efficiency lighting systems, building automation systems and water saving plumbing fixtures, as well as the upgrading or replacement of old air conditioning systems and equipment.
