The United Arts Council Boardroom is located on Level 1 of the Greensboro Cultural Center. The room may be accessed from the Davie Street entrance by elevator to the first floor, or from the Church Street Parking Deck located on the lower level.

The 35-by-39-foot space features classroom-style, two-tiered fixed seating for up to 60 people, as well a built-in screen for visual presentations. The side entrance to the room opens out into a small patio space. A long hallway leading into the boardroom from the lobby can be used for registration set up or as an area to accommodate food stations.
