Food Service Guidelines must be completed and returned to facility management office prior to event.
Any caterer you consider that is not listed above must be approved by this office and have a Greensboro Business License and a Health Department Certification. Your caterer must be able to provide bartenders for any functions serving alcoholic beverages. The facility management requests no glass bottles, kegs, or home brew.
