Rental rates are provided below for the Cultural Center, Central Library, and Historical Museum. For additional information, contact the Special Events office at 373-2712.

Cultural Center	Rates
Board Room	Mon through Fri, 8 am to 5 pm, $50/two hours of usage or $150/day; Fri through Sun (after 5 pm), $100/three hours of usage; $50 each additional hour on holidays
Orientation Room	Mon through Fri, 8 am to 5 pm, $50/two hours of usage or $150/day; Fri through Sun (after 5 pm), $100/three hours of usage; $50 each additional hour on holidays
Various Art Galleries	Contact Cultural Center for information.
Price Bryan Performance Place	$500/six hours of usage; $650 on holidays (includes setup/breakdown time); $150 each additional hour. All day fee of $750 for major events, repetitive events (occurring two or more successive days or one day per month for more than three months).
Event Security	$18.76 per hour per officer
Event Cleaning Charge	Varies according to rental area
Rental of Tables	$5 each, 60-inch, 48-inch and 30-inch round tables available
Rental of Folding Chairs	50 cents each (maximum of 145 available)

Historical Museum	Rates
Lecture Hall (Day Event)	$175/two hours; $50 each additional hour
Lecture Hall (Evening Event)	$200/two hours; $50 each additional hour

Central Library	Rates
Nussbaum Room	$200/two hours; $50 each additional hour
Tannenbaum-Sternberger Conference Rooms	$35 per hour Conference Room A: $10 per hour Conference Room B: $25 per hour
Computer Labs (Room 208)	$25 per person per day, minimum of $150 per day
