Collector Street Plan ~ Collector streets are those streets that link thoroughfares to local streets. The Collector Street Plan identifies existing and future collector streets. Collector street designation affects several development standards, such as street width, building setback, sidewalks, and other uses.

Corporate Connections ~ Corporate Connections is a Greensboro Transit Authority program that provides businesses with an opportunity to partner with the GTA to meet the transportation needs of employees.

Land Development Review ~ The Transportation Department (GDOT) reviews all site plans submitted by developers to ensure that vehicle access to land development preserves the safety and efficiency of the transportation system.

Parking Validation Program ~ The Parking Operations Division of GDOT offers a validation parking stamp to merchants and businesses in the Central Business District who would like to offer their customers free or discounted parking.

Thoroughfare Plan ~ The Thoroughfare Plan is a map of existing and proposed highways, major thoroughfare streets, minor thoroughfare streets, interchanges, and grade separations. The Thoroughfare Plan shows the area's thoroughfare needs and ensures safe, efficient and convenient movement of vehicles into, out of, and through the urban area.
