Meter Malfunction Complaints

To report a problem with a parking meter, call the City's Contact Center at 373-2489. The Parking Enforcement Division will contact Parking Operations Maintenance to file a report. The complaint is entered into a work order management tracking report. The complaint is investigated the same day unless it is received at the end of a workday; then, it will be investigated the next morning. Normal turn-around is within 24 hours of the initial call.

Once the problem has been resolved, a follow-up call is made to the Parking Enforcement section to inform on the status of the complaint (whether the malfunction complaint was valid).
