The Parking Operations Division offers a validation parking stamp to merchants and businesses in the Central Business District who would like to offer their customers free or discounted parking. These stamps are in a book of 200, in $0.50 increments. This is a $100. value. If merchants or businesses purchase a whole book, they receive a 10 percent discount, which brings the cost to $90.

These validation stamps can be purchased at any of the four City-owned parking decks. The attendants at the decks can also provide names of participating merchants. This is a great way to "Park-N-Shop" in downtown Greensboro.

Validations stamps used by businesses can also provide free parking for business associates, visitors, and vendors. Once purchased, the stamps can be used at the owner’s discretion.
