Fleming / Horsepen Connector
Limits: Fleming Road to Horsepen Creek Road
Scope: Construct four-lane divided facility on new location including realignment of the intersection with Fleming Road.

Project Status: A portion of the eastern section of the connector has been built in coordination with a private development. The remainder is scheduled to be completed through an agreement with a private developer.
