Horse Pen Creek Road Project Planning Study
Funding for the improvement of Horse Pen Creek Road, between Battleground Avenue and New Garden Road, was approved as part of the November 2008 Transportation Bond referendum. This study will include public involvement and build on the previous feasibility study in order to further evaluate the 3.4-mile section and finalize the proposed conceptual design for the corridor.
