Board meetings are held on the fourth Tuesday of the month at 6 pm in the City Council Chambers in the Melvin Municipal Office Building (City Hall), 300 W. Washington St.

Briefings will be held in the GTA Board Room, 320 E. Friendly Ave. The public is welcome to attend.
