The Greensboro Transit Authority operates two main facilities for transportation operations and administration.

J. Douglas Galyon Depot, 236-C E. Washington St. in downtown Greensboro, serves as the main passenger transfer center for the GTA's system.

GTA Administrative Offices. 320 E. Friendly Ave., house the GTA staff, operations personnel, and vehicle maintenance and storage.

GTA is currently building a 64,000-square-foot Operations and Maintenance Facility and Administrative Offices on West Meadowview Road. The building is anticipated to qualify for Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Gold status when completed in October 2011.
