GTA must sometimes delay or discontinue service in the event of severe weather conditions. Questions about GTA service during extreme weather conditions may be directed to the GTA Customer Service Center at 336-335-6499. You can also receive updated service information directly on your cell phone or via e-mail by registering with our Twitter site or texting "follow gtaheat" to 40404. Information will also be placed on the GTA website and facebook page.
