BiPed Plan Update
BiPed Plan The Greensboro Urban Area Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) adopted the Bicycle, Pedestrian, and Greenway Master Plan (BiPed) in 2006. BiPed contains a program of suggested future bicycle, pedestrian, and greenway facility improvements. For more information on the existing BiPed Plan, visit the BiPed Plan page.
BiPed Update The BiPed Plan is undergoing its first update. Goals include noting accomplishments since adoption, streamlining content for easier readability, and update BiPed priorities.
The update asks residents to help refine, expand, and prioritize the original recommendations. A series of public workshops throughout the MPO area will give residents an opportunity to provide input on the BiPed update. This BiPed survey also offers residents a way to share their thoughts during the update.
