NCDOT conducted a Public Informational Wokshop on April 25, 2006 at Stokesdale Elementary School as part of NCDOT's prescribed project development process. The workshop, the first in the development process, provided the public with an opportunity to meet with NCDOT planners and engineers, learn about the study, ask questions and submit comments.
