Who do you call when you have exhausted

all the avenues you know to resolve a situation related to City services? Call Community Relations at 373-2723 and talk to Donna Gray, Cathy Justice, or Andrea Turner. They are primary contacts for Greensboro citizen requests, and they are the liaisons with the City Manager's and the Mayor's offices, as well as with City Council. Donna, Cathy, and Andrea care about citizen concerns; they work with all City departments and they stay on top of an inquiry until the citizen has received a thorough response or resolution.
