Vance H. Chavis Life Long Learning Branch
The Vance H. Chavis Lifelong Learning Branch Library touts the motto, "The library in the community and the community in the library."
The branch is home to Greensboro Public Library's first computer lab, where you will find specialty classes for seniors and teens. Chavis also houses an extensive African-American collection of both fiction and nonfiction.

Computer Access
The Vance Chavis Branch Library has computers with Microsoft applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and Internet access. The computers are available first-come, first-served, for one hour time slots. A library card is required for computer use. See the Library's computer use policies.
