Greensboro Public Library’s Ask-a-Librarian Service provides answers to basic information requests or guidance to specific reference resources. E-mail requests are handled in as timely a manner as possible. This service is available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 8 pm, Saturday, 9 am to 5 pm, and Sunday, 2-5 pm. Questions received after hours will be handled the next business day.
