Greensboro Public Library’s Ask-a-Librarian Service provides answers to basic information requests or guidance to specific reference resources. E-mail requests are handled in as timely a manner as possible. This service is available 9 am to 8 pm Mondays through Fridays, 9 am to 5 pm Saturdays, and 2-5 pm Sundays. Questions received after hours will be handled the next business day.
