 Library Offers Service On Lake Jeanette Road

GREENSBORO, NC -- (July 28, 2009) -- Starting Monday, August 3, the Greensboro Public Library’s Reading Railroad bookmobile will offer service at Fire Station #43, 4854 Lake Jeanette Rd. Service hours will be Mondays from 9 am to 5 pm, Wednesdays from 9 am to 5 pm and Fridays from 9 am to 1 pm.

During the remainder of summer, the collection will primarily target children. Starting this fall, the collection also will include adult titles. Materials checked out from the Reading Railroad will have the same loan period as items checked out from a branch─ two to three weeks for books and one week for audio/video materials.

Also, books placed on hold will be available for pick-up at the Reading Railroad.
