City of Greensboro - GIS Viewer

Locate addresses and view a multitude of layers: Airport, Census Tracts, City Facilities, Council Districts, Future Urban Loop, Historic Districts, Lakes, Trails, Parks, Schools, Streets, and Zoning. The GIS Viewer will also allow you to search, view, measure, and print maps and database information.

Themes are used in the GIS Viewer to quickly display map layers that are organized by topic. Listed below are some of the available themes.

• Planning / Zoning - View zoning districts for Greensboro.
  
• Loose Leaf Pickup - Type in your address and find the status for loose leaf pickup throughout the City of Greensboro.
  
• Parcels – For parcel information, visit the Guilford County GIS Viewer.
  
• Snow and Ice Removal - Check the status of snow and ice removal from snow routes (major streets) by the Field Operations Department. 
• Capital Improvements Program - The Capital Improvements Program, or CIP, is a financing and construction/acquisition plan for projects that require significant capital investment.

• Water Quality Monitoring - View several sampling (monitoring) programs that help determine the condition of our water sources, including streams, habitat, fish, and macroinvertebrates.
• Transportation Improvements - This theme helps locate properties and show the proximity to the Urban Loop and other future transportation projects.
