Bur-Mil Clubhouse

The Bur-Mil Clubhouse is the perfect site for your social or business event. The clubhouse is available on a rental basis for special events, including business meetings, training sessions, corporate parties, awards dinners, company picnics, class and family reunions, wedding receptions and much more. The Clubhouse offers free wireless Internet service for business meetings and events. We also provide equipment and table decorations.

Bur-Mil Park can arrange for food services, you may also hire your own caterer or provide your own food.

The Banquet Room

The Banquet Room is the largest single room in the Clubhouse. A picture window offers a panoramic view of the park, including the terrace and back yard. Adjoining rooms can be combined with this space to accommodate more people. These options make the Banquet Room a popular choice for weddings, family reunions, dances, or any large group gathering.

The size of the room and the hardwood flooring makes the Banquet Room a popular choice for events that include dancing. The sliding glass doors on the left lead to the Lake Room offering a nice area for a pre-event reception or wedding ceremony.

The Oak Room entrance is to the right. This room is often used for setting up food and drink tables, as well as a bar.










The Banquet Room is often combined with both Triple Crown rooms to provide one large area for guests.

Triple Crowns I and II

The Triple Crown Rooms are small rooms that can be used separately or combined together for a larger room. They are perfect break out rooms or gathering areas for small groups and can be combined with the Banquet Room for larger groups.

Lake Room
The LakeRoom features slate floors, sloped wood beam ceilings and a wall of windows giving guests a sense of being outdoors. The Lake Room is perfect for any mid-size gathering. Larger groups can may be accommodated by combining the Lake Room with the Oak Room and Banquet Room.

Oak Room

The Oak Room is a perfect complement when used  with the Lake or Banquet Room to accommodate larger groups. It can also be used independently for smaller functions such as luncheons and showers.

Terrace
Our 5,000-square-foot terrace offers a beautiful view of the park and Lake Brandt. The terrace, with a seating capacity of 200, is perfect for outdoor weddings, corporate picnics, family reunions, or special events during the day or evening hours. The terrace includes two beautifully situated arbors.

 
Training Room

The Training Room is a favorite for business functions, training sessions and presentations. It is also used for smaller social events, parties or showers. This carpeted, well-lit room also offers a great view of the golf course.

Guilford Room

The Guilford Room presents a professional atmosphere with warm carpeting and modern light fixtures suspended from sloped wood ceilings. Direct access to the more casual Porch offers a nice option for breaks, meals, or dividing into work groups.

Cedar Room

Tucked away in a quiet corner of the Clubhouse is the Cedar Room, the second largest room in the Clubhouse. This space is ideal for both corporate and social events and is often used in conjunction with the porch, giving guests both an indoor and outdoor experience.

Porch

The porch is an enclosed screened-in area furnished with picnic tables and rocking chairs. The sounds of nature makes this setting perfect for indoor picnics and informal business gatherings. Combine the Porch with the Guilford Room for a break out area and more seating.
