When was the last time you and your family saw a live play? This year, the Children’s Theatre of the City Arts Drama Center has wonderful plays for you and your family to enjoy! For 37 years the Theatre has provided fine family plays by children, for children, and the fun continues!

During the school year, auditions are open to boys and girls in grades 4-9, where they can try out for on-stage character roles or sign up to work behind the scenes during productions. No previous theatre experience is needed! Other family members can help promote the plays and make sure the actors get to rehearsals on time.

All plays are held at the Weaver Academy Theatre, located at 300 South Spring St., in downtown Greensboro. Performances for each play are held on Fridays at 7:30 pm and Saturdays and Sundays at 2 and 4:30 pm. Season tickets for all three plays are only $15 per person or $7 per person for individual tickets.
