**Philharmonia Rehearsals: Thursdays, 7:30-9:30 pm, Room 100, Greensboro Cultural Center, 200 N. Davie St.

The Greensboro Philharmonia is a volunteer group of orchestral musicians, both non-professionalPillow Pops Concert and professional. There are approximately 60 members in the ensemble made up of strings, woodwind, brass, and percussion players. Philharmonia performs between 3 and 6 performances a season, and performs regularly on the OPUS and MUSEP Concert Series.

Philharmonia is always welcoming new members!

Every OPUS Season the Philharmonia performs classical and pops concerts and a children's concert entitled "Pillow Pops." "Pillow Pops" is a family-friendly concert where children are encouraged to wear their pjs and bring a pillow so they can sit back, relax and enjoy the show!
