    Attendance: The GYC Carnival has an annual attendance of almost 50,000 people, making it the largest youth-run event in the state.

    Staffing: More than 200 high schools students volunteer, plan, and implement the GYC Carnival. Want to volunteer? If you are in high school and are interested in volunteering, you must apply by April 9. Remember, you must be in high school to volunteer at the Carnival.

    Rides: The Carnival has more than 25 rides from the James H. Drew Exposition. Tickets are $1 each. Some rides take three or more tickets. All tickets are cash only. ATMs are available on-site. Special Ride ticket discounts are listed below:

    • 22 Tickets for $20 
    • 55 Tickets for $50

Wristbands are available for $15 only on Tuesday through Thursday nights.

Vendors: We are always looking for vendors with new and unique products. Those interested in showcasing their business or offering the yummy food for the patrons must apply. All items must be appropiate for the GYC Carnival's family setting. Concession/food vendors may not sell traditional carnival or fair food items. Rate for indoor space is $200 or 10% and outdoor space $250 or 10%.

Space is given on a first come, first serve basis.
