Artistry Awards
Artistry Awards is a performing and fine arts competition for students ages 13-18 attending public schools, private schools, or home schools within Guilford County.

Instrumental, Dance, Vocal Performance,Visual Art, Print Art and Creative Writing
Auditions
Auditions will be held Saturday, November 13, at the Greensboro Cultural Center. Free parking is available in the Church Street parking deck. Audition times vary based on category. Students may register to audition on November 13 or pre-register. Pre-registration for auditions in the performing art categories (dance, vocal and instrumental) will be held November 8-12 by calling 373-2734. Times are given on a first-come, first-served basis. Pieces for the fine arts categories (visual art, print art, and creative writing) may be dropped off November 8-12 at the GYC Office, 501 Yanceyville St., between the hours of 12 noon and 6 pm.

The final show will be held at the Odeon Theatre, located within the Greensboro Coliseum Complex, on Saturday, February 26, at 6:30 pm. Tickets to the show are $5 and can be purchased at the Greensboro Coliseum Box Office. Performing and fine arts finalists compete for first, second, and third place prizes ($100, $50, and $25 respectively).

Eligibility
- Students ages 13-18 years old who live in Guilford County
- Students can participate regardless of grade level (no college students)
- Students who attend public, private or are home-schooled in Guilford County
- Any groups based in Guilford County
