The 2010 GYC Carnival: Greensboro's Family Fair
Dates: May 11-16 Tuesday, May 11, 4-11 pm Wednesday, May 12, 4-11 pm Thursday, May 13, 4-11 pm Friday, May 14, 4 pm to 12 midnight Saturday, May 15, 10 am to 12 midnight Sunday, May 16, 12 noon to 8 pm

Location: The Greensboro Coliseum, 1921 W. Lee St., in the Coliseum parking lot.
Attendance: The GYC Carnival has an annual attendance of almost 50,000 people, making it the largest youth-run event in the state.
Staffing: More than 200 high schools students volunteer, plan, and implement the GYC Carnival. Want to volunteer? If you are in high school and are interested in volunteering, you must apply by April 14. Remember, you must be in high school to volunteer at the Carnival.
Rides: The Carnival has more than 25 rides from the James H. Drew Exposition.

About GYC: The Greensboro Youth Council exists to develop leadership and volunteer opportunities for Guilford County high school students through the planning and implementation of unique youth-run programs that benefit and serve the community.
