Pending Text Amendments
Greensboro occasionally processes changes to the Development Ordinance as text amendments. The typical text amendment process involves a public hearing before the Planning Board and City Council.
There are no amendments to the Unified Development Ordinance pending at this time.
Paper copies of all amendments are available for public viewing in the Planning Department on Mondays through Fridays between 8 am and 5 pm. For more information, contact Steve Galanti at 336-373-2144.
