Annexation Areas with Proposed Zoning
The City-initiated and petitioned annexations will become part of the City of Greensboro on June 30, 2008. Planning Department staff has reviewed the zoning for these areas and has prepared tentative recommendations on a City Zoning pattern to replace the County Zoning Pattern.

The Greensboro Zoning Commission held a Public Hearing on April 28, 2008 to answer questions and receive comments about the proposed City Zoning for these areas.

City Council will hold a Public Hearing for the proposed City Zoning for these areas on June 3, 2008. The City Council meeting will be held in the Council Chamber, Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St., beginning at 5:30 pm.
