Connections 2025 Comprehensive Plan:
$25 (plus sales tax of 6.75% and $7.50 shipping and handling)
Generalized Future Land Use Map:
$15 (plus sales tax of 6.75%)
Spring Garden Pedestrian Scale Overlay Manual:
$15 color, $10 black & white (plus sales tax of 6.75%)
Westridge Neighborhood Conservation Overlay Manual:

Unified Development Ordinance: $20 (plus sales tax of 6.75% and $7.50 shipping and handling)

Exempt Plat: No fee
Final Plat: $140
Landscape Plan: No fee
Minor Revisions: $260; plus $40 per lot, $20 per 1,000 sq. ft., or $25 per dwelling space applied to any increase
Non-Residential Plan; $400; plus $20 per 1,000 sq. ft.
Preliminary Multi-family (including townhome and condo) plan: $400; plus $25 per dwelling space
Preliminary Subdivision Plan: $260; plus $40 per lot

Special Projects and Custom Labor Rate:
Limited special services to the public include special tabular reports (hardcopy and digital) and customized maps and analysis. Limited to staff availability and workload.
