Minor Revisions: $260; plus $40 per lot, $20 per 1,000 sq. ft., or $25 per dwelling space applied to any increase
Non-Residential Plan; $400; plus $20 per 1,000 sq. ft.
Preliminary Multi-family (including townhome and condo) plan: $400; plus $25 per dwelling space
Preliminary Subdivision Plan: $260; plus $40 per lot
