Plan Review Times
The City is committed to reviewing plans as quickly as possible, but in no case shall the amount of time exceed 10 working days for completion of the first review of a project.
If the plan is revised to address all staff comments and resubmitted without major revisions within 14 calendar days from the completion of the previous review, staff is committed to reviewing the resubmission within five working days.
