TRC Agenda - 2007
The Technical Review Committee (TRC) is made up of staff members from various departments within the City of Greensboro. The TRC meets every Tuesday at 2 pm in the Plaza Level Conference Room of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St.
The TRC meeting typically consists of development plans with no major outstanding comments and which were reviewed by the preceding Friday afternoon. An applicant can request other plans be placed on the agenda, as well. To place an item on the next available agenda, contact Planning Department staff by 12 noon on the Monday prior to the TRC meeting.
The final TRC agenda is usually established by Monday at 3 pm and posted that afternoon. The agenda contains several sections, including the Consent Agenda, Business Agenda, and Development Issues. The Consent Agenda requires a single approval vote of the TRC for items with no open issues or required modifications. The Business Agenda includes items for discussion and may also include items pulled from the Consent Agenda. Development Issues include plans that the development community has requested be discussed by the TRC.
