 City Invites Public Comment on Draft Land Development Ordinance

GREENSBORO, NC -- (July 21, 2009) -- Residents have until Thursday, August 20 to submit comments on the City of Greensboro’s public review draft Land Development Ordinance (LDO), the source for standards and regulations related to land-use and development in the city. 

Comments should be given to the City's Planning Department by phone at 336-373-2144 or in person by visiting its office, located on the third floor of the Melvin Municipal Office Building, 300 W. Washington St.  
 
The draft can be viewed on the Planning Department's Web site or at its office. A hard copy can be purchased for $22. A presentation about the LDO can also be reviewed here.
