Neighborhood Conservation Overlay
On April 17, the City Council approved the enabling ordinance for the establishment of Neighborhood Conservation Overlay Districts (NCO). The effective date of the ordinance is May 1, 2007. If you have questions regarding the NCO, contact Mary Sertell at 373-2144.
