In Greensboro, we have a rich history and character that continues to shape our urban environment. Much of Greensboro is changing. In the past few years, renewed interest and development in downtown and the city have blossomed, creating an excitement for the area around Greensboro and throughout North Carolina. With increased interest in the area by residents, property and business owners, and developers we are poised to encourage new development that celebrates Greensboro’s unique character and the areas that support it.
