Zoning Enforcement
The Zoning Enforcement Division of the Planning and Community Development Department enforces the zoning provisions of the Development Ordinance. The office is generally complaint-driven, and upon request, a Zoning Enforcement Officer will investigate an alleged zoning violation.

Some of the other duties of the The Zoning Enforcement Office include: the review of commercial and residential site plans; the issuance of sign permits and temporary event permits; and the review of residential building permits for compliance with setbacks.

The Zoning Office is also the liaison to the Board of Adjustment, accepting applications for Variances, Special Exceptions, Interpretations, and Appeals.
