Property and Evidence Hours Change -- In order to better serve residents, the Greensboro Police Department's property and evidence section is changing the times it is open to the public. Beginning April 5, office hours will be 1-4 pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. The office is currently only open from 1-5 pm Fridays. 

Children Rescued from Home -- In response to a neighbor's call about a beeping noise, police officers Monday night, March 14, entered a home and found three semi-conscious children, ages 9, 7, and 3, in a bedroom. Suspecting a carbon monoxide leak due to the CO2 alarm beeping, the officers carried the children outside and called the Fire Department and EMS. There were no adults inside the home.
