Captain R.F. Reese joined the Greensboro Police Department in June 1984. During his employment, he has served in the Patrol Division, Vice/Narcotics, Criminal Investigations, and the Special Operations Division. He attended Guilford College and is a graduate of the 36th session of the Administrative Officer Management Program at North Carolina State University. Captain Reese also holds his advanced law enforcement certification.
