Divisions
The Patrol Divisions serve the needs of the public by responding to calls for service, thoroughly investigating criminal offenses, and assisting citizens in making Greensboro a safer city.
The Central Division serves the area that includes the Central Business District and residential neighborhoods on the perimeter of this District. The Eastern Division serves the area that includes the residential, commercial and industrial areas to the east and north of the downtown area of the city. The Southern Division serves the residential, commercial and industrial areas to the south and west of the downtown area of the city. The Western Division serves the residential, commercial and industrial areas to the west and north of the downtown area of the city. Commanding Officer: Assistant Chief D.K.
